  1. Some varieties of microgreens had higher levels of vitamins and minerals than their adult form. A great example observed of this is broccoli, peas, amaranth and cilantro

  2. Microgreens are rich in bioactive compounds. They help the body regulate it's immune system and inflammation

  3. Microgreens are high in flavonoids which can contribute to having a healthy gut microbiome.
