Edible flowers can be a great way to add a pop of colour to your favourite dish! Our team member Kaye made these awesome Vietnamese spring rolls with a peanut sauce! Violas work great in this dish, an alternate edible flower that could work is calendula or nasturtium for a little bit of peppery kick! At Everyday Micros farm in Burlington, ON we grow a variety of edible flowers to elevate any dish!
