Microgreens for Pizza Night

Pizza night one of our favourite ways to use microgreens at our house. We love making homemade pizzas on a Friday night or weekend and watch a movie. Often times we take a bunch of different type of microgreens and try all the different ones individually and together to see what we like. We often make a prosciutto pizza with goat cheese and a balsamic glaze so our go to microgreens is the mustard mix, cabbage and arugula.
