One of the ways we love eating microgreens is adding them on to our morning eggs. Whether it's sunnyside up, scrambled or an omlette, tossing microgreens on top after you made them is a really quick way to add in some flavour and nutrients.

If you have a bit of extra time or leftovers from dinner, we added in a tomato and cucumber salad. We were short on time so we just added some goat cheese, oregano and olive oil.
